Charmy Patel
Registered Psychotherapist

Maybe you've been struggling with anxiety or depression for longer than feels manageable. Perhaps you know what you need but want someone to walk alongside you. Or maybe you're tired of managing alone and want to explore how the world around you shapes your mental health. Whatever brought you here, I'm happy to offer a place where we can collaborate to understand what you need and work toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are. My primary focus includes anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and how cultural identity and family dynamics inform our mental health. I bring training in CBT, DBT, and person-centered therapy, combined with years of experience working with diverse populations. Central to my work is the belief that healing happens when we understand ourselves with clarity and compassion, and when we examine the patterns, both internal and external, that keep us stuck.

Jasleen Jagayat
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

The way we speak about ourselves shapes how we see and experience who we are. While we may not always be able to control what happens around us, we can influence how we respond. I believe each person holds unique inner resources that can support healing and growth. As a second-generation Sikh-Canadian that comes from a large family, I understand how cultural identity and family dynamics can shape our mental health. Many of us grow up navigating two worlds by juggling expectations to succeed, uphold tradition, maintain harmony, and often silence our own needs. These unspoken pressures can deeply affect how we relate to ourselves and others, sometimes leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unseen.

Anxiety doesn't care about logic. Depression isn't weakness. Trauma lives in your body long after the event ends. Therapy has taught me that what usually brings people to therapy isn't a lack of strength, it's that they're tired of being at war with themselves. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence-based CBT and DBT. My work focuses on understanding what's actually driving your patterns, not just managing the symptoms. Real healing means getting curious about the fear underneath the anxiety, the stories you've internalized about yourself, the ways you learned to survive that no longer serve you. Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about understanding yourself with more compassion and clarity so you can make choices that actually feel like yours.
